One of the first things people notice when they begin working with the method is how calm and relaxed they feel afterwards
That’s what attracts many top dancers, actors, musicians and athletes to incorporate it into their regular training and practice schedules. But it’s not just elite professionals who can benefit.
Since everything we do involves moving then the method can support anyone to get better at any physical skill. And getting better means more pleasure and satisfaction in what we do:
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing. Training clothes would be ideal. Please be prepared to remove belts and any jewellery that might get in the way. In summer it would be great if you could bring a pair of socks!

How many sessions would I need?
Typically we will explore some movements in everyday positions – standing, sitting. And then you’ll lie down for the rest of the session while I move you gently. Most people find the process relaxing.
Should I think of coming once a week?
If you have the budget for coming one a week then it might be better to come four times in two days once a month
What should I do after a session?
The process goes on for some hours and days after a session or intensive series of sessions. You don’t need to do anythings special afterwards while you digest the effects. But please be aware that especially in the hours afterwards you might want to avoid putting yourself under stress or push your self to your limits. On the one hand you will loose the benefits of the sessions and on the other you are more susceptible to injury.
How much does it cost?
I charge 100€ for a one-hour session. I’m happy to negotiate a reduction for those in financial need and offer reduced rates for standby appointments.
Are sessions covered by health insurance?
Sadly not by most health insurances, but it is by a few. It’s worth checking. There are charitabkle funding possibilities for children with special needs that I can direct you towards. And we can always come to some arrangement.
